1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened pumpkin purée
1/3 cup allulose or sweetener
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, add all ingredients: heavy cream, pumpkin purée, allulose, spices, vanilla, and salt.
Warm over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth and begins to steam. Do not boil.
Taste the creamer and adjust the sweetness or spice to your liking. Add more allulose or spices if needed.
Let it cool slightly, then pour into a jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Natural separation may occur. Just shake or stir before each use.
