Low Carb Cream Cheese Rangoons

Ingredients:
For the wontons
6 Rice paper sheets
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked crab meat or imitation crab, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
Garlic powder to taste
Avocado oil spray
For the SWeet chili sauce
½ cup rice vinegar
½ cup water
½ cup sweetener
2–3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1–2 tablespoons red chili flakes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water (for slurry)
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
Soften rice paper sheets and cut into quarters.
Place a spoonful of filling on each quarter, fold into triangles or small parcels.
Spray with oil and air fry at 370°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden. You can shallow fry too but to avoid the oil splatter, you can airfry
While it’s airfrying, add everything for your sauce into a sauce pan. Stir until combined, and allow cornstarch to thicken up your sauce.
Serve warm with sweet chili or soy dipping sauce.
