Viral Sheet Pan Kebabs

Ingredients
For the Kebab Meat
2 lbs ground beef (80/20 works best)
1 tbsp salt
½ onion, pureed or grated
6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp cumin
2 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil (optional for added richness)
Low Carb Garlic Sauce
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayo (adds creaminess)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Serve with:
Low carb lavash bread or pita
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Red onion
Instructions
1. Mix the Kebab Meat
In a large bowl add ground beef and all spices.
Mix very well (2–3 minutes) until the meat becomes tacky—this is what gives that classic doner texture.
2. Oven Method (most authentic texture)
Preheat oven to 400F
Tightly wrap the loaf in parchment then foil to hold its shape.
Bake for 25 minutes
Air Fryer Method (quickest)
Cook loaf at 350°F for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway.
3. Slice the Kebab
Let the loaf rest 10 minutes (important). Slice thinly with a sharp knife.
