2 Ingredient Brownies (Sugar Free)

Ingredients:
11 oz sugar-free chocolate chips
6 eggs, room temperature
Optional Toppings: Chopped nuts, salt, sprinkles, extra chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick release.
Whisk the Eggs
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until very frothy (this gives the brownies lift and structure).
Melt the Chocolate
Microwave the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Let the melted chocolate cool slightly so it doesn’t cook the eggs.
Combine
Slowly pour the slightly cooled chocolate into the whisked eggs while continuously whisking.
Add instant coffee if using. Mix until fully combined.
Add Toppings
Fold in or sprinkle your desired toppings.
Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Cool & Serve
Let cool before slicing into 12 brownies.
