2 Ingredient Brownies (Sugar Free)

 
 

Servings: 12 pieces

Ingredients:

  • 11 oz sugar-free chocolate chips

  • 6 eggs, room temperature

  • Optional Toppings: Chopped nuts, salt, sprinkles, extra chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick release.

  2. Whisk the Eggs

    • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until very frothy (this gives the brownies lift and structure).

  3. Melt the Chocolate

    • Microwave the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

    • Let the melted chocolate cool slightly so it doesn’t cook the eggs.

  4. Combine

    • Slowly pour the slightly cooled chocolate into the whisked eggs while continuously whisking.

    • Add instant coffee if using. Mix until fully combined.

  5. Add Toppings

    • Fold in or sprinkle your desired toppings.

  6. Bake

    • Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

    • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

  7. Cool & Serve

    • Let cool before slicing into 12 brownies.
