4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla.
Whip with an electric mixer (or whisk by hand) until light, fluffy, and airy.
Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes for a thicker texture.

Ingredients:

Pinch of salt
Optional: dash of vanilla extract or a few sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, mix all ingredients until smooth.
Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds (check at 60s; cake should be set but soft).
Let cool slightly. Top with whipped cream or berries if desired.

Ingredients (Makes 6 small bites)
1/3 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)

2 tbsp powdered allulose
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and peanut butter together (about 30 seconds).
Stir in cocoa powder and sweetener until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a silicone mold, ice cube tray, or small dish lined with parchment.
Chill in the freezer for 15–20 minutes until firm.
