2 Ingredient Wrap (low carb, high protein)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat will work)

  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. 

  2. Add cottage cheese and egg to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth (like a batter consistency). Should take about 10-15 seconds.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil.

  4. Pour your cottage cheese wrap mixture on top and bake for 35-40 minutes.

  5. Let it cool for a minute so it sets completely.

  6. Add your favorite toppings of choice and enjoy! You can add chicken or turkey and your fav veggies of choice!
