Yields: 8 Slices
Ingredients:
1.5 cups almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
½ cup brown sweetener
8 tbsp butter, softened
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2.5 tsp banana extract
½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, whip your butter until fluffy. Add your eggs and sweetener and mix.
Add all of your other ingredients into your bowl and mix until well combined (no clumps of flour).
Bake for 35-40 mins until a knife comes out clean.
