90 Second Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients:
Cake:
- 1 tbsp butter, melted 
- 3 tbsp almond flour 
- ½ tsp baking powder 
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener 
- 1 egg 
- ½ tsp vanilla extract 
- ½ tsp cinnamon 
Cinnamon Topping:
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder 
- 2 tbsp powdered sweetener 
Cream cheese frosting:
- 2 oz cream cheese softened 
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener 
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk 
Directions:
- Add butter into mug and melt together in the microwave for 20 seconds. 
- Add eggs and whisk in. 
- Add all of your dry ingredients and mix super well until incorporated 
- Microwave for 90 seconds - It's best for the cake to be slightly wet (you don't want a dry cake) 
- Top with your favorite ice cream or enjoy with a glaze.
