Loaded Jalapeno Birria Nachos

Ingredients:
1 Trader Joe’s Birria Packet or my homemade Birria recipe
6-7 jalapeños, deseeded and halved
½ cup shredded mexican blend cheese
Toppings:
Pico de gallo (tomato, jalapeño, red onion, lemon juice)
Sour cream
Guacamole
Cilantro
Diced onion
Jalapeños
Directions:
Cook the Birria according to package instructions and set aside.
Cut jalapeños in half and deseed them.
Place the cut jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top with birria and cheese.
Bake at 400 for 5 minutes or broil until the cheese is nice and melty.
Top with your favorite toppings! I’m using pico de gallo, guacamole, onion, cilantro, sour cream, and jalapeños!
