High Protein Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients (9x13 pan)

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 lb steamed broccoli florets

  • 2 cups cottage cheese, blended (if thick - add ½ cup milk)

  • 12 oz low carb pasta

  • 1 jar any Alfredo sauce 

  • 2 cups chicken bone broth

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder 

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper

InstructionS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. In a 9x13, fold in all of your ingredients with half of the mozzerella + Parmesan.

  3. Spread into dish. Top with remaining mozzarella + Parmesan.

  4. Bake 20–25 min until bubbly.
