Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado oil spray
1/3 cup unsweetened pizza sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
20-25 slices of pepperoni
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F
Cut your cauliflower into large steaks and place them onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. I got about 4 steaks from one cauliflower.
Season your cauliflower with salt and pepper and spray with avocado oil spray
Bake your cauliflower crusts for 12-15 minutes. You’ll finish cooking your cauliflower in the oven so it should be fork tender
Take your roasted cauliflower from the oven and turn your broiler on.
Now, add all your pizza toppings and broil for 5 minutes until your cheesy! Enjoy with extra marinara sauce or pair with a side salad.

These crispy baked chicken tacos are an easy, high-protein dinner that doesn’t sacrifice flavor. Tender shredded chicken is tossed with salsa and warm spices, then folded into tortillas with melty cheese and baked until golden and crunchy. The real standout is the creamy cilantro sauce—made with blended cottage cheese for a lighter, protein-packed twist—that adds brightness and richness to every bite. Finished with fresh toppings like avocado, onion, and cilantro, these tacos are perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a crowd-pleasing spread.
Sweet, creamy, and packed with protein, this strawberry yogurt blend sits somewhere between a smoothie and a dessert. Fresh strawberries bring brightness, Greek yogurt adds a rich tang and satisfying thickness, and the protein shake turns it into something substantial enough to keep you full. A touch of homemade condensed milk rounds everything out with a silky sweetness, making it feel a little indulgent without going overboard.
This dumpling-inspired cabbage “lasagna” is a creative, low-carb twist on two comfort food favorites. Tender Savoy cabbage leaves take the place of traditional noodles, layered with a savory, ginger-garlic chicken filling that captures all the flavors of classic dumplings. Instead of baking, it gently steams to keep everything juicy, soft, and packed with flavor.
This hot honey taco bowl is the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and satisfying. Roasted sweet potatoes add a naturally caramelized base, topped with seasoned ground beef, creamy cottage cheese, and fresh toppings like avocado and tomatoes. The drizzle of hot honey ties everything together with a subtle kick of sweetness and heat that makes each bite incredibly craveable. It’s a high-protein, flavor-packed meal that comes together easily and feels just as good for meal prep as it does for a quick weeknight dinner.
