Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado oil spray
1/3 cup unsweetened pizza sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
20-25 slices of pepperoni
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F
Cut your cauliflower into large steaks and place them onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. I got about 4 steaks from one cauliflower.
Season your cauliflower with salt and pepper and spray with avocado oil spray
Bake your cauliflower crusts for 12-15 minutes. You’ll finish cooking your cauliflower in the oven so it should be fork tender
Take your roasted cauliflower from the oven and turn your broiler on.
Now, add all your pizza toppings and broil for 5 minutes until your cheesy! Enjoy with extra marinara sauce or pair with a side salad.

This wonton-inspired chicken soup is cozy, nourishing, and deceptively simple. Fragrant ginger, garlic, and onion simmer in rich bone broth to create a deeply savory base, while tender spoon-dropped “wontons” cook directly in the soup, soaking up all that flavor without any fussy folding. Baby bok choy adds freshness and crunch, and a drizzle of chili oil at the table brings just the right amount of heat. It’s the kind of soup that feels comforting and restorative, equally perfect for a quiet weeknight or feeding a table full of people who need something warm and satisfying.
This cabbage noodle bake is a lighter, cozy twist on classic lasagna—no pasta required. Tender cabbage leaves stand in for noodles, layered with a simple garlicy meat sauce, a creamy ricotta filling, and plenty of cheese (measured with your heart). It’s comforting, satisfying, and the kind of dish that feels both nostalgic and a little bit clever—perfect for when you’re craving something warm and familiar, but a touch lighter.
This creamy Tuscan-style chicken soup is rich, comforting, and packed with protein. Tender bites of chicken simmer in savory bone broth with garlic, Italian herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, and a hint of heat, then finished with half & half, Parmesan, and fresh spinach for a velvety, restaurant-quality finish. It’s cozy enough for a chilly night yet simple enough for a weeknight dinner—and tastes even better the next day.
