1 packet taco seasoning
2 tbsp hot sauce
½ cup Mexican blend cheese
Garnish
½ cup shredded lettuce
2 tbsp diced tomatoes
2 tbsp diced onion
2 tbsp sour cream
3 tbsp guacamole
Diced cilantro
Directions:
In a saucepan, cook your ground beef on medium heat. Add your taco seasoning and mix until thoroughly combined
Once your meat is nicely browned, add your cheese and cover so it can melt
Now, add all of your toppings of choice! You can enjoy it with your favorite low carb tortilla chips or eat with a side salad!
