Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Yields: 8 Slices
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken 
- 1 egg 
- ½ cup parmesan cheese 
- Salt and pepper 
- 1 tsp garlic powder 
- 1 tsp onion powder 
Toppings:
- ½ cup buffalo sauce 
- 1 cup shredded chicken 
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese 
- Red onion, thinly sliced 
- Pepperoncinis 
- Garnish - green onion 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450F. 
- Start on your chicken crust. In a large bowl, add your chicken, egg, parmesan cheese and seasonings and mix. 
- Line your pizza pan with parchment paper and spread your crust thin. 
- Bake for 10 minutes, and then remove the parchment and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until your desired crispiness. 
- Top your pizza with buffalo sauce, shredded chicken, red onion and mozzarella. 
- Bake again until the cheese is melted. Top with green onions and ranch and enjoy!
