Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 egg
½ cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Toppings:
½ cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded chicken
½ cup mozzarella cheese
Red onion, thinly sliced
Pepperoncinis
Garnish - green onion
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F.
Start on your chicken crust. In a large bowl, add your chicken, egg, parmesan cheese and seasonings and mix.
Line your pizza pan with parchment paper and spread your crust thin.
Bake for 10 minutes, and then remove the parchment and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until your desired crispiness.
Top your pizza with buffalo sauce, shredded chicken, red onion and mozzarella.
Bake again until the cheese is melted. Top with green onions and ranch and enjoy!
