Broccoli Alfredo Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped

  • 4 cups broccoli florets, steamed

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or ½ cup half and half and ½ cup almond milk)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • 2 oz cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, add cream, garlic powder, cream cheese, and Parmesan.

  3. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  4. Combine the sauce with the chicken and broccoli, pour into baking dish.

  5. Top with mozzarella and bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
