Ingredients:
1 slice Hero Bread (white slice)
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup coconut milk
Dash of cinnamon
Top with Choczero sugar free maple syrup
Directions:
Cut your toast into sticks
In your microwave square dish, add your eggs, coconut milk, and cinnamon. Place your toast back in and allow to soak for 30 seconds. At this point, your toast should have absorbed almost all of your liquid.
Microwave for 90 seconds
Top with fresh berries, maple syrup, etc and enjoy!
