Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour

  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sweetener 

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tbsp Butter, melted

  • 1 large Egg

Directions:

  1. Add everything into your mug and microwave in a ramekin for 60 seconds!

  2. Top with butter and maple syrup and enjoy!
