Yields: 4 Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
½ cup whole milk vanilla greek yogurt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tsp baking powder
Avocado oil spray
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add all your ingredients except the avocado oil spray
Which thoroughly until your pancake batter has formed. It should be runny with some consistency.
Take out your griddle or saute pan. Using butter or avocado oil spray, add about 1 tbsp into your pan and heat on medium high heat.
Pour your batter onto the pan making circles. You can also do one large pancake.
Flip once it starts bubbling and golden brown.
Serve with butter and maple syrup and enjoy!
