Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 cup vanilla whole milk greek yogurt (make sure it has sweetener in it)
5 tbsp tapioca flour
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix until a batter has formed. Start with your eggs and yogurt first, and then slowly add the tapioca flour.
Pour your batter into your 6” round pan and bake for 45-55 mins.
Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before serving!
