Dump N Bake Huevos Rancheros

Ingredients:
6 Alamadre low carb tortillas (discount code: lowcarblove)
1-2 cups mild red salsa
1 cup Mexican Blend Cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1 jalapeno, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:
Cilantro
Sour cream
Avocado
Onion
Salsa
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Using a 8x8 dish, assemble your casserole.
Add your tortillas, salsa, eggs, salsa and cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes, and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Top, serve and enjoy!
