Yields: 8 pancakes
Ingredients:
6 eggs, separated
2 tbsp gelatin
5 tbsp collagen
Directions:
Beat egg whites and slowly pour in gelatin.
Continue mixing until egg whites turn into stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks with collagen until combined.
Gradually fold in your egg whites until a batter has formed.
Heat up a nonstick pan, and add butter or oil.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and cook pancakes on one side (about 3-4 minutes)
Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add butter and sugar free maple syrup and enjoy! This is best when served immediately.
