3 Ingredient Carnivore Pancakes (Zero Carbs!)

 
 

Yields: 8 pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs, separated

  • 2 tbsp gelatin 

  • 5 tbsp collagen

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites and slowly pour in gelatin. 

  2. Continue mixing until egg whites turn into stiff peaks.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks with collagen until combined.

  4. Gradually fold in your egg whites until a batter has formed. 

  5. Heat up a nonstick pan, and add butter or oil. 

  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and cook pancakes on one side (about 3-4 minutes)

  7. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 

  8. Add butter and sugar free maple syrup and enjoy! This is best when served immediately.
