Ingredients:
4 cups boiling hot water
4 cups plain greek yogurt
2 family size packets sugar free strawberry jello mix
Optional - 1/2 large box sugar free cheesecake mix (if you want a pudding texture)
Garnish with strawberries and whipped cream
Directions:
Boil 4 cups of water.
In a large glass 9x13 tray, add your strawberry jello packet. If using, add your cheesecake packet.
Add your boiling water and whisk until fully dissolved.
Set aside for 10 minutes for it to cool down a bit.
Add greek yogurt and mix.
Allow to set for 1 -2 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries and enjoy!
