Ingredients:
- 4 cups boiling hot water 
- 4 cups plain greek yogurt 
- 2 family size packets sugar free strawberry jello mix 
- Optional - 1/2 large box sugar free cheesecake mix (if you want a pudding texture) 
- Garnish with strawberries and whipped cream 
Directions:
- Boil 4 cups of water. 
- In a large glass 9x13 tray, add your strawberry jello packet. If using, add your cheesecake packet. 
- Add your boiling water and whisk until fully dissolved. 
- Set aside for 10 minutes for it to cool down a bit. 
- Add greek yogurt and mix. 
- Allow to set for 1 -2 hours. 
- Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries and enjoy!
