Zero Carb Spicy Chicken Nuggets

 
 

Yields: 15

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1/3 cup almond flour 

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 

  • 1/2 jalapeno, deseeded and chopped 

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • Salt/pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Add your ground chicken, eggs, almond flour, parmesan, mozzarella cheese, jalapeno, basil, and seasonings into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Mix until well combined.

  3. Form 2 inch thick round patties with the mixture.

  4. Add some avocado oil to a pan over medium high heat.

  5. Place the patties into the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides which should take about 6-8 minutes.

  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce of choice!
