Zero Carb Spicy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
2 eggs
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 jalapeno, deseeded and chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
Salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
Add your ground chicken, eggs, almond flour, parmesan, mozzarella cheese, jalapeno, basil, and seasonings into a large mixing bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Form 2 inch thick round patties with the mixture.
Add some avocado oil to a pan over medium high heat.
Place the patties into the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides which should take about 6-8 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce of choice!
