2 tbsp gelatin powder
Directions:
Separate egg whites and yolks.
Beat the egg whites until frothy with an electric mixer.
Add the gelatin powder, gradually while mixing until stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl, whisk your egg yolks
Heat skillet over medium-low heat.
Add butter and pour batter into the skillet.
Cover with a lid and cook until the top of the pancake is set (about 2 mins).
Flip over, and cook for a few minutes, covered, until completely done.
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
