Yields: 6 tenders
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
2 cups unflavored protein powder or crushed pork rinds
2 eggs
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Any dipping sauce
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, clean and pat dry your chicken tenders. You’ll want to completely pat dry and season with salt and pepper
In a separate bowl, make your breading by adding protein powder, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and chili powder
In a separate bowl, add your eggs and whisk them.
Dip tender into egg mixture and then dip into breading.
Fry in avocado oil and serve with your favorite dipping sauces!
