Noodles:
½ head of Napa cabbage, sliced into strips
Homemade Alfredo Sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp of butter
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup almond milk
Directions:
In a small pot, make your homemade alfredo sauce. Add in your heavy cream, butter, seasonings and parmesan cheese. Whisk until combined and until thickened.
Slice your cabbage and saute slightly (about 3-4 mins).
Assemble your dish by adding your homemade alfredo sauce and topping with additional parm.
