Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast or tenders
½ red onion, cut into slices
½ zucchini, chopped
½ cup carrots, chopped
½ red bell pepper, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp allulose or Choczero sugar free honey
½ tsp grated ginger or ½ tsp ginger powder
2 tsp minced garlic or ½ tsp garlic powder
Optional - 1 tsp sesame oil
10 oz rice cauliflower
Green onion and sesame seeds to top
Directions:
Place your airfryer liner inside of your airfryer.
Add chicken, veggies and the rest of your seasonings and make sure to mix, tossing the marinade with the veggies and chicken.
Airfry at 375F for 15 mins until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through.
Serve with a side of cauliflower rice and enjoy!
