Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz lite cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup greek yogurt

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or thawed frozen, squeezed dry)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, and Parmesan until smooth.

  2. Stir in spinach and seasoning.

  3. Chill 1 hour for flavors to meld.
