Ingredients:
1.5 lbs salmon, filleted
Salt and pepper to taste
½ bunch asparagus
¼ red onion, sliced
Lemon Garlic Butter:
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
¼ cup lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400F
Mix together your lemon garlic butter (butter, garlic, lemon juice and salt). Set aside.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add your salmon filet skin side down and your veggies to the side.
Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, then turn your oven on broil and broil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve!
