Mexican Style Steak One Pan Meal
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks, sliced
1 lime, juiced
3 cloves minced garlic
½ red onion, sliced
1 jalapeno, deveined and sliced
¼ red bell peppers sliced
¼ green bell pepper
1 zucchini, cut in chunks
2 tbsp salt free fajita seasoning or taco seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish - cilantro to top
Directions:
Slice the ribeye steaks into fajita sized pieces.
Add the steak slices and all of the veggies into a zip lock bag.
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, fajita seasoning, and garlic to the same zip lock bag!
Close the bag and shake so everything gets well combined.
You can let it sit in the fridge for 30 min or overnight to marinate.
When you are ready to cook it, add some avocado oil to a medium high heat skillet and add the whole bag into it.
Cook it for 5-7 minutes and enjoy!
