Low Carb Pizookie
Servings: 1
*For a family size, multiply this recipe by 4!
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp coconut flour 
- 1 large egg 
- 2 tbsp powdered sweetener 
- 1 tbsp butter 
- Dash of salt 
- 2 tbsp Choczero sugar free milk chocolate chips 
Toppings:
- Choczero sugar free chocolate syrup 
- Low calorie ice cream of choice 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F 
- In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients for your cookie and mix until your dough is combined 
- In a small cast iron skillet, spray with avocado oil or line with parchment paper. 
- Add your cookie dough and spread. 
- Bake for 10-15 mins. 
- Top with ice cream and chocolate syrup and enjoy! You want to eat it right away.
