*For a family size, multiply this recipe by 4!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 large egg
2 tbsp powdered sweetener
1 tbsp butter
Dash of salt
2 tbsp Choczero sugar free milk chocolate chips
Toppings:
Choczero sugar free chocolate syrup
Low calorie ice cream of choice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients for your cookie and mix until your dough is combined
In a small cast iron skillet, spray with avocado oil or line with parchment paper.
Add your cookie dough and spread.
Bake for 10-15 mins.
Top with ice cream and chocolate syrup and enjoy! You want to eat it right away.
