Ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener 

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp butter melted

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Dash of cinnamon 

Directions:

  • Add everything into your mug and microwave in a ramekin for 60 seconds!

  • Top with butter and maple syrup and enjoy!
