Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup low carb oreo cookies (Catalina Crunch)
Directions:
In a large mason jar, add your heavy cream, sweetener and vanilla extract and shake until it has doubled in size.
Place in the freezer for an hour. After an hour, open your mason jar, add your crushed low carb sandwich cookies and shake your ice cream mason jar again just to make sure that you don’t get uneven freezing.
Place back in the freezer until it has solidified.
Top with more crushed low carb sandwich cookies and enjoy!
