Ingredients:
3 to 4 turnips washed, julienne cut, and boiled
¼ teaspoon of pepper
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ cup of heavy cream
⅓ cup of shredded cheese
1 cup of mushrooms
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
Directions:
Boil sliced turnips until close to tender.
Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat.
Add in garlic and mushrooms.
When mushrooms are close to being done, add in scalloped turnips
Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add in heavy cream and cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
