Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of almond flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ cup of almond milk
½ tablespoons of avocado oil
3 eggs
½ cup of sweetener
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Vanilla Cake
Ingredients:
½ tablespoons of avocado oil
1 ½ cup of almond flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
½ cup of sweetener
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 and prepare a loaf pan with parchment and foil.
Mix all ingredients for each batter separately.
Pour each batter layer one at a time.
Use a knife or chop stick to marble the top.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Make sure to check if the center is done.
Let it cool and slice.
