Keto KFC Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond flour 
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt (discount code: LOWCARBLOVE) 
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder 
- 4 egg whites 
- 2 tablespoons cold butter (cut into pieces) 
- 1 tablespoon of sweetener 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 
- Grease a cupcake pan with coconut oil spray. 
- Whip egg whites until very fluffy. 
- In a separate medium bowl, mix the baking powder into the almond flour. 
- Then cut in the butter and salt. 
- Gently fold in the dry mixture into the whites. 
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough into the cupcake tin and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. 
Honey Butter
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter 
- 1 tablespoon of Choczero maple syrup (Discount code: Lowcarblove) 
Directions:
- Melt butter and add in syrup (adjust to taste)
