Ingredients:
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp sweetener
Dash of salt
Optional: 1/8 tsp instant coffee
Directions:
Add butter and cream cheese into mug and melt together in the microwave for 20-30 secs
Add eggs and whisk in.
Add all of your dry ingredients and mix super well until incorporated
Microwave for 50-55 seconds - It's best for the cake to be slightly wet (you don't want a dry cake)
Top with your favorite ice cream or eat with a glaze.
