Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients:
Casserole:
- 2.5 pounds ground beef 
- 1/4 cup diced onion 
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 
- 8 ounces cream cheese 
- 1/4 cup sugar free ketchup 
- 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard 
- 1 teaspoon salt 
- 1 teaspoon black pepper 
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese 
- ½ cup of radish thinly sliced 
Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 
- 2 teaspoons pickle juice 
- For topping: shredded lettuce tomato, pickles, bacon 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
- Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. 
- Add ground beef, radish, onion, and garlic, and cook until the ground beef starts to brown. 
- Stir in cream cheese and continue to cook until the meat is browned and the cream cheese melts. 
- Stir in, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. 
- Transfer to a casserole dish and top with cheese. 
- Bake for 30 minutes. 
- In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and pickle juice. 
- Remove the casserole from the oven and drizzle with the sauce.
