- ½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 juice lemon
- 1 juice lime
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- ½ tsp cumin

- ½ tsp pepper
Toppings -

Directions:
- Marinate your skirt steak with all of your ingredients and allow to sit for 30 mins, the longer the better. You can also do this step first if you’d like.
- Cut your zucchini into fry sizes and place in a large mixing bowl. Crack two eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Make your breading by adding almond flour, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into a bowl. Add this breading into your coated zucchini and toss.
- Bake your zucchini fries by baking at 375F for 15-20 minutes or airfry at 400F for 10 minutes.
- Cook or grill your steak to your desired doneness on a large saute pan or grill. I cooked mine for about 2 mins on each side.
- Remove your steak, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Slice at an angle.
- Take your fries out of the oven, and assemble fries with your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
