Ingredients:
2 cups spring mix greens
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup blackberries
½ cup heirloom tomatoes or grape tomatoes, cut in slices or halves
Optional - ¼ cup strawberries, cut in half
¼ cup pistachios, roughly chopped
1 ball, fresh burrata cheese
Vinaigrette;
2 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a small bowl, add your dressing ingredients and whisk until smooth!
Prepare your salad by placing your spring mix at the bottom, followed by your toppings and burrata cheese on top
Add your dressing, cut open your burrata and enjoy!
