Servings: 12 Egg Bites
Ingredients:
3 whole eggs
2 to 4 strips of bacon or ham
½ cup full fat cottage cheese
⅓ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon of heavy cream
½ tablespoon garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook bacon and chop into small pieces. If using ham, add it in after all the ingredients.
Whisk eggs first then add in all ingredients.
Scoop into a prepared grease pan.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
