Bell Pepper Cheesy Egg

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 large red bell peppers (tops cut off only)
2 eggs
½ cup spinach
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup shredded cheese
Seasonings of choice
Directions:
Cut the tops off your bell peppers and remove the inside (turning your bell pepper into a bowl)
Crack your eggs, add your veggies and top with your seasoning and cheese!
Airfry at 375F for 10-12 mins until your egg is cooked
