Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup hemp hearts

  • 1 cup chia seeds 

  • ½ cup chopped nuts of choice 

  • ⅓ cup sweetener 

  • 1 tsp molasses 

  • 3 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup or honey (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • ½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream 

  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk 

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted 

  • 2 eggs 

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F 

  2. In a large bowl, add in all of your ingredients 

  3. Prepare your baking dish by spraying it with avocado oil spray

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 

  5. Enjoy or refrigerate for up to 4-5 days.
