1 1/2 cup hemp hearts
1 cup chia seeds
½ cup chopped nuts of choice
⅓ cup sweetener
1 tsp molasses
3 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup or honey
½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
2 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F
In a large bowl, add in all of your ingredients
Prepare your baking dish by spraying it with avocado oil spray
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Enjoy or refrigerate for up to 4-5 days.
