Ingredients:
5 oz Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
2–3 tbsp finely diced red onion
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
Directions:
Spread the Boursin cheese into a nice and even layer in a wide serving bowl.
In a separate bowl add the chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper and mix!
Add the tomato mixture on top of the cheese layer and top it with balsamic glaze and basil!
