1 cup whole milk cottage cheese
Choczero sugar free honey or maple syrup
4 strawberries, chopped
Directions:
Add the cottage cheese, honey, and most of the chopped strawberries and blend until smooth using a high powered blender, immersion blender, or food processor.
Add in the remaining strawberries and toppings of your choice and mix!
Set the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until the ice cream has formed!
