3 Ingredient Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese 
- 2 eggs 
- ½ tsp garlic powder 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
Toppings:
- ½ cup low sugar pizza sauce 
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 
- Pepperoni, or whichever toppings you’d like 
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350F. 
- Add all of your ingredients for your crust to a blender or food processor and blend until thoroughly combined (no clumps). 
- Using a pizza pan, line it with parchment paper and add your crust batter. 
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, your crust will brown. 
- Add your toppings and bake or broil for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown. 
- Allow your pizza to cool, cut and slice!
