Yields: 12 fried pickles
Ingredients:
½ cup pickle slices, pat dried
½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
100% avocado oil spray
Seasonings of choice - ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, pinch of cayenne pepper
Ranch for dipping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Line your baking tray with parchment paper
