Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup banana puree
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Optional - 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350℉ Line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and combine until smooth – do not over mix.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to set in the pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to fully cool.
