Ingredients:
Broccoli florets (1- 9 oz bag)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Optional: chili flakes
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425F.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water until they get a little tender (3-4 minutes).
Dry and place your broccoli florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Smash each broccoli until it’s thin using a glass cup or bowl.
Season with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and grated parmesan.
Bake for 7 - 10 minutes until crispy around the edges, check every 5 min.
Let them cool and serve with your favorite dipping sauce of choice!
