2 Ingredient Crust Supreme Pizza

 

For the Pizza Wrap

  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 7–10 nitrate-free turkey pepperoni slices

  • 1/4 cup mushroom slices

  • 4-5 jalapeno slices

  • 1/4 bell pepper, sliced

  • Optional - sausage or bacon bits

For the Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Salad

  • 1–1½ cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • Extra Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Make the Pizza Wrap

  1. Line your air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper.

  2. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese into a circle about tortilla-size.

  3. Top evenly with the turkey pepperoni, then the rest of your ingredients.

  4. Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is deep golden and crispy around the edges.

  5. Let it cool for 1–2 minutes so it firms up enough to lift.

2. Make the Caesar Dressing

In a bowl, whisk together:

  • Greek yogurt

  • Dijon mustard

  • Garlic

  • Lemon juice

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • Parmesan

  • Salt and pepper

Mix until smooth and creamy.

3. Toss the Salad

Add the romaine lettuce to a bowl and toss with the Caesar dressing until coated.

4. Build the Wrap

  1. Carefully remove the crispy pepperoni cheese shell from the parchment.

  2. Add the Caesar salad down the center.

  3. Fold it like a wrap or taco while still slightly warm.
