Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1.5 tsp water
Seasonings of choice
¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400F.
In a large mixing bowl, add your egg whites and water, seasonings and water and froth.
Using a mini cupcake baking tray or regular cookie tray, use a cookie scoop and pour about 1 tsp into each chips onto your tray.
Grate your parmesan cheese on top and bake!
Bake for 12-15 minutes and allow to cool.
